Jonas R. Kunst, PhD

Current Position: Post-doc, Yale University

In my current position as post-doctoral fellow, I conduct research primarily on acculturation and intergroup relations within a variety of social and political contexts. The core focus of my work lays on (a) identifying mechanisms that exacerbate relations between different social groups and (b) develop ways to overcome such barriers based on that knowledge. Recently, I have also become interested in the psychological mechanisms underlying attitudes and behavior towards non-human animals.
